Training Academy

As a responsible employer, we recognise that good training is vital, both for individual career development and for successful business growth.

By having our own Apollo Academy we are able to better guarantee high standards of training and to offer our clients a flexible venue for joint learning.

Our in-house team offers a number of relevant training programmes for staff and sub-contractors, delivering them in the classroom and on site where it’s most relevant. They also ensure all site employees hold First Aid At Work certificates and all site managers hold the CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.

As well as standard learning programmes, our training team designs and delivers bespoke Apollo courses, many of which are endorsed by CITB-Construction Skills.

Keen to extend our expertise to our clients and their communities too, we have also started to offer CIH-accredited CVQ courses to residents and housing staff in areas where we work. These housing-focused qualifications are designed for those looking to pursue a career in Housing or to become more involved with their landlord.
