At Apollo, we know the importance of involving residents at every stage of the construction process. Our specially trained team of over 100 Resident Liaison Officers are intrinsic to the success of any project, communicating effectively and responding to resident's needs with efficiency and empathy.

A Resident Liaison Officer’s duties include:

Establishing effective channels of communication about the nature and progress of work
Maintaining an office which is available to residents for formal or informal meetings
Ascertaining individual needs and requirements, for example, physical disabilities, shift patterns or language barriers
Producing accessible information packs and regular bulletins about the progress of the work
Listening to and responding to residents’ complaints and concerns
Ensuring our Residents Charter is adhered to
