A Resident Liaison Officer’s duties include:

Establishing effective channels of communication about the nature and progress of work |

Maintaining an office which is available to residents for formal or informal meetings |

Ascertaining individual needs and requirements, for example, physical disabilities, shift patterns or language barriers |

Producing accessible information packs and regular bulletins about the progress of the work |

Listening to and responding to residents’ complaints and concerns |

Ensuring our Residents Charter is adhered to |
