Our dedicated Health & Safety teams assist and advise our operational teams in developing and implementing best practice across all of our projects. Additionally, we encourage and reward our onsite staff to excel in this area with our ‘Best Safe Site’ award scheme.

This means that our clients can be assured that both our project sites, and the people who work on them, meet the highest Health & Safety standards, supported by a continuous Health & Safety awareness and education programme.

Our computer-based audit system allows us to make a detailed analysis of both site-specific and company-wide health and safety performance. This allows us to easily identify where improvements may be needed and to help share best practice throughout the group.

We also have a team of Health & Safety Trainers who deliver training both at our new Learning and Development Centre and on site. Every employee has a personal training record and takes part in an on-going comprehensive Health & Safety training programme.

We also export our supportive approach into the local community. Whether it’s speaking directly to residents or giving talks at schools we ensure that everyone who needs to know has an understanding of how to keep sites as safe as possible.
