Training is vital both for people’s career development and for Apollo’s continued growth. It is incumbent on responsible employers to train their staff to be the best that they can be.

At Apollo we believe this means tailoring our training to the individual and delivering as much as we can through our own in-house training team.

In 2008, we opened our new state-of-the-art Learning and Development Centre to provide a modern venue to train both staff and contractors. We often run programmes there jointly with our client partners. Of course, we don’t just restrict ourselves to the classroom; the theory is supported by a comprehensive programme of practical onsite training.

We also design and deliver bespoke Apollo training courses, including a Site Management Safety Essentials programme and a Management Training programme. Many of our courses are endorsed by CITB-Construction Skills.
