Apollo awarded landmark project in Liverpool

Hot on the heels of the appointment of Apollo’s new Divisional Manager for the North, we have secured a significant contract with Liverpool Mutual Homes.

One of the largest social landlords in the North, with a 2010/11 investment programme of £50m, Liverpool Mutual Homes have awarded Apollo a £1million contract in Soho Street and Trinity Walk, Merseyside. The project includes the refurbishment of two blocks, making up 36 one bedroom flats and work includes; kitchen and bathroom replacement, electrical rewires, central heating upgrades, extensive internal repairs, communal area refurbishment, new roofing, window installation, structural repairs, and landscaping.

This is a major new win for Apollo. Our first contract in the North West, the work puts us on the map for future projects in the region and is testament to Mike Edwards’ expertise in the area. The win comes only days after his appointment and sets the tone for exciting growth.
